As a first time seller, I was concerned about not understanding the complete process of selling our first home. From the initial preview of the house, to going "live" and the challenges of working with a fairly new buyer to the complete sale of our home -she was always available for any questions we had. Like I wasn't sure if we should make an emergency floor replacement on a Saturday night and I didn't think twice to call her up to discuss this unanticipated cost. I listened to her and know it paid off. All ofthe people she recommended to prepare the house and her teammates are excellent!
